Game is an R6 and $20 according to the guide, but I'm only asking for $13 shipped.

A Genesis title by Renovation. Love that company.

Dino Land is complete and in very good condition.

I will throw in these extra's:

-Budokan (I have a G2, it can only play on a G1 or with a Game Genie I am told)
-Shadow Blasters (obscure-ish guilty pleasure old platform blaster)

Both these extras are cart only and are in good shape. (US Genesis games)
