Datel XBOX 360 Transfer Kit

My brother just bought one and he has no clue how to use it, so I'm helping him. I'm trying to find some gamer themes that are free to use with this, since I assume all the buyable ones are locked to your LIVE! account. I have looked all over the net and found nothing, not even on Datel's site. There aren't even any saves. So I have a couple of questions:

1. Can this be used to increase your gamerscore?
2. Can it be used to get buyable content for free?
3. Can anyone help me find some saves to try it out? (Sorry if this violates the TOS)

Achievements are joined with the profile they were earned on. You can transfer the saves, but the achievements stay with the person who earned them.
