Cleaning a Nuon DVD?

I bought a Toshiba DVD player five years ago and it came with The Next Tetris. Being careless and all, I let it collect dust all these years. It works fine, but sadly, it's got a coating of dust on the surface and has a few scratches. I normally just wipe the dust off of my cds, but seeing how rare this game is, I don't ruin it. What is the best way to clean it?

Soft cloth, bit of denatured alcohol (isopropanol is good), and slow strokes from the in outwards (do not go round the disc in a circular motion).

Or send the game to me, I'm still looking for a copy of Tetris for the Nuon ;)

I tend to just rinse dirty CDs in water. Sometimes I will dry them with one of those microfibre screen cleaners.
