Just a note, and I hope you will not get angry, there's no such thing as a 'PAL' GBA game. GBA carts don't suffer from the same region or video standard limitations as console games. :)

No prob. It's just that although the games themself don't have region they still end up being regionalized as the whole distribution chain is the same for consoles and handhelds.
