Silly question about Neo Geo AES games, please help!

I have a silly question that I NEED to know the answer for about Neo Geo AES games.

Does the instruction manual come in plastic baggies when you first bought the game for US, JAP and Euro versions?

Yup they all came in bagies. Except for one that came in a sandwich bag. LOL
