I know there is already a post about Lost Planet, but man, I just gotta say that the freaking demo is better than alot of full games. NO JOKE! Talk about a long and deep and detailed demo. It's a pure action game, and kinda has a gears of war in the snow with alien bugs feel to it. Pretty damn pimp, if you axe me.
Seriously, have my 360 DP Brethren played through this entire demo? It's deeper than Atlantis. It's almost ridiculous how much love Capcom is giving away with this demo. Makes you think the final game must be super long for the demo to be this damn huge!

Anyway, glad to hear it's looking good. It's one of the 360 games I'm most interested in after seeing the stunning initial screens.

I was in love with the alien blasing part, but when it moved into the area with rockets and pretty bad human (?) enemy AI I was getting turned off, I might haveto give it another shot some other time...

Yeah, I'd agree. The humans aren't that great to battle, it's the alien bugs that are cool. There are two levels to sample in the demo, and I'm talking about the first one. The one where you go into the parking garage and then you have to go into that wherehouse, and then you go into that huge cave/cavern with all the flying creatures and stuff. Just absolutely brilliant if you "AXE" me.

Lost Planet is the best demo I've ever played. I think I've finished the "alien" level 10 times since it was released. It's painfull that we have to wait for "Spring 2007" to play it for real.

Well before playing this demo, all the games I had seen were like "Well, the original xbox comes really close to this anyway..." But after playing this, I can now see what the 360 can do. Gorgeous.

You're kidding right? Spring 2007 WTF? With a demo that long, you would think the game is practically done already.
