in the next 2 weeks im getting 2 new atari 5200 prototypes both i mentioned to my friend tempest on AA. and he will be taking a look at them to see whats up with them.
1.) is # 3. which is dated 1-20-84. this seems to be an earlier version of behind jaggi lines or rescue on fractious. very interesting and im sure itll just be a very early version of this game since Tempest has 2 known version 2-13-84 (Jaggi)and 2/??/84(ROF)
2.) i think is nothing more than an early version of Real Sports Tennis. all the RS Tennis games ive seen in proto form are dated 343 ( 343rd day of the year) 1982 i assume. but this game is dated 11/19 . and is called The Atari Open.
i dont see DP even mention these titles. even in the rumor or one of a kind section. i think at least for the #3 its gonna be another version of ROF, but the atari open i dont know what to make of it. RS tennis. or soemthing else. i would like to say these 2 are nothing more than very early version of the games i listed.
i will get u scans soon enough or at least borrow the pics after i get the ok . i hope to have both and ready to bring to NAVA 6/06.
