It's hard without knowing the context. It could have been Shedder's Ninja Klan or something.

Well, it's not spelled with a "K", that's for sure....Shredder and Splinter's old ninja clan was the Foot Clan.

Well, I think it was Leonardo's voice who said, "it's not sensitive and kindly," right at the end of the clip. Definitely S&K.
About that whole Klan thing...Shredder did wear a hood.... :D

It is S&K. BTW, the voice at the end for undoubtedly Ralph's. They should make another Ninja Turtles fighter, no more beat em up's.
