i've got a few games on 360 now, but after seeing the graphics in this game. all i can say is wow! i have never seen more realistic facial features, hair, body detail, etc etc. than what was done on some of the characters in this game. look at dixie or aisha or the skyscraper level. the way the hair moves in the wind, and the expressions on their face during the fight. amazing in game graphics.

and talk about a light show, haha, who doesn't love a game that has a warning on the first page of the manual that it may induce epileptic seizures? hah.

altogether pretty amazing from what i thought would be a pretty lowgrade boobshaking game...

oh ya, pretty good animated boob-shaking also...

The graphics are nice, but it failed to keep my interest for more than an hour. It felt like it lacked some variety in gameplay and in character moves.

oh, completedly agreed, they could have, and should have, done far far more with the game. as far as the moves and such go, they didn't bother me, i liked everything they had their, considering it is a wrestling game and all. but i mean, there seems to be no point in fighting but to unlock new outfits, which loses it's appeal quite quickly. i was completely played out after about a week. and i think that was about 5 or 6 days longer than most people would have been able to stand it. however visually it is completely amazing.

the graphics just got me super excited to see what there is to come from the 360.

Timely thread. EuroGamer actually posted their review of this yesterday. I'll tell you something... when I bought my Xbox 360 a month ago, or so, I was actually going to make this one of my first buys. Boy, I'm glad I didn't. I played the demo that they released last week, and I really didn't like what I saw. To me, it didn't look good at all - it just didn't look right. The gameplay was shallow, and the presentation was horrid.

If this had been one of the first games I played on my Xbox 360, I might have tried to take back both game and console!

That all said, I didn't think the girls looked creepy at all - as some people think. Just isn't my bag, I guess.

****STONER WARNING****
DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME WHILE BAKED

seriously, it'll give you the bigges theadache, all the flashy lights and such. the thing that i find creepy about this game, particularly when i'm right cooked, is the fact that the characters are incredibly real looking, yet move at breakneck speed spinning and jump at impossible speeds. if you're not really thinking about it and get playing the game for a while, which can happen when you're toasted, you start to get this 'something's not quite right about these bitches' feeling. it does get a little creepy.

i still stand by it though, best in-game character graphics i've yet to see anywhere. the charcter design is incredible. i'd liek anyone who disagrees to point out a better game, i really would, cuz i do want to see it.

again though, i will admit, gameplay here is pretty weak. i'd like to see some sort of story mode, maybe more than the 5 arenas they have. somethign with a little more depth than just fight and photoshoot would be nice. some flashier combos, or special moves would be cool.

i think that the gamemakers felt that unlocking all the outfits and characters would give the gamer enough motive to play for hours on end, but it really doesn't. i can't see anyone having the patience to unlock everything in this game. it would take ages, and it would feel even longer.

while it's on the top of my head, anybody recommend my next game for me? how is the new perfect dark? so far i've already got burnout revenge, gun, amped 3, dead or alive 4, rumble roses xx, and far cry instincts/predator.

Table Tennis, by a mile. Best game - for me - on the 360. And best game I've played in a long, long while. So addictive (I've almost played 100 matches online, now), and quite a bit to unlock.

a Wrestling game turns out to be boring, overly flashy and shallow?

Must be hella realistic.

I've been playing this game recently. It's shallow but a great game to pick up and play with your pals after a few beers ...like ismokeblunts stated the graphics are great.
Gotta love boobie veins.

Looks like I'm going to have to see this game running at the local shop and play a match instead of watching it run in demo mode.

If it's better than the character modelling in Table Tennis I'll be extremely impressed. Table Tennis has THE best character modelling of any videogame that I've ever seen, regardless of platform. If you get good enough to be able to push the AI REALLY hard, you can get the AI to have a total breakdown. I've never seen AI react like that before. Table Tennis is magnificent....and I'd recommend putting it on your must-buy list.

If you want another awesome game with killer graphics then get Tomb Raider. It's environments are highly detailed eye candy. Then there's good ol' Call Of Duty 2.

In fact....almost every 360 game is awesome. Seriously.

Not only is it a terrible game, the anti aliasing filter makes it look like someone's smeared vaseline over the screen, even on HD settings.

The graphics are miserable, the sound is poor, the gameplay is plain at best, and it borders on uncontrollable in many places.

A terrible game... not even the shameless tittage and panty shots could redeem it from Crapland.

I think Fight Night Round 3 has some pretty amazing looking character models myself. You can see the pores in thier skin on close-ups, that pretty freakin' detailed.

i've been thinking fightnight is going to be my next game for a while now. wishing i bought it instead of dead or alive 4, which i got tired of even quicker than rumble roses....

i'm going to have to take a look at table tennis i guess. i haven't even seen the game in any of the shops i've gone into....

despite what alot of people are saying, i still have to disagree though, and say rumble roses is an amazing looking game. i like the quick movements, and seizure inducing flashing lights and such. as for the sound, i wouldn't really know, cuz i usually have slayer blasting full volume overtop of all the game sounds anyway. visually i find the game pretty stunning. i really don't know what more someone could ask for, but to each their own...

can't wait to get a better look at the character modelling in fight night round 3 though.

Hey, we all have different tastes right?

I'd say that one of my favorite 360 games is Full Auto.....and most of the world hated it. Most fanboys of the series are going to love MotoGP....but I'm thinking of returning it this morning. It's not exactly what you'd call a next gen effort.

Try Table Tennis BEFORE you buy it though. It's incredible....but NOT for everyone.

Funny, Your gamertag says you've never played this game on your system, demo or otherwise....so your basing this opinion on.....?? LOL
Quick make up an excuse like you played it at a friends house and used his profile because yours wouldn't connect. LOL

I agree with jdc, I love Full Auto...but had also heard negative reviews before I got it. Different tastes makes the gaming world go round for sure. The great thing about the 360 is you can try out many games demos for free just by downloading it from the marketplace!! Good deal.
