I have Sonic 3, Sonic 3 Pack (1/2/MeanBeanMachine), and the 6 Pack with Sonic 1 for the Genesis.

Everything else I play on Sega Smash Pack, Sonic Mega Collection Plus, Sonic Gems Collection, and Sega Genesis Collection (PS2 and PSP). Also have Sonic 1 and 2 on XBLA. Not interested in the modern 3d titles or the 2d handheld games, though I'd like to get the NGPC Sonic title someday and Sonic & Knuckles for the Genesis. Also have the SMS versions of Sonic 1 and 2 from the VC.

The only games on this list (excluding the collection) I haven't beaten are Sonic Spinball and Sonic Heroes. Spinball because of its difficulty. I can get to the Showdown level and have collected all 5 Chaos Emeralds there once, only to run out of lives before getting to Robotnik.

With Sonic Heroes, my issues are mainly because I have the PS2 version. I can only get 2 of the 7 Chaos Emeralds (and can only complete 4 out of the 14 challenge stages (the Bonus and Emerald Challenges for Seaside Hill and Ocean Palace)). Because of that, I am yet to see Metal Madness, let alone Metal Overlord. Having said all that, I completed the 4 main storylines a long time ago.
