2-3 months ago, i sent an email with all the information needed, and it never got put on. WTF? is it always like this? i know this is kind of off topic, but this is the closest i could find where to post.

This might help you a little more....
Firstly sent an email to whom? The guides are run by mutiple people, and emailing the site doesn't mean that changes will have happened.
Also up until recently the online guide hadn't gotten any real updates in a good 6 months, so if the info you passed on got to the respective list handler it might not have been prepped for that last update they had sent in.
Try this FORUM (http://www.digitpress.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=5) and you can either post the stuff in a topic there, or put the comments in the stickied thread on top.
