Aside from that, most of my stuff is pretty normal.

About the phone, the Mario Kart phones were originally sold in Target Stores for $29.99 a few years ago but were eventually given away with the purchase of Nintendo systems (GameCube for sure, possibly also the GBA). Problem was most stores got SWAMPED with these phones so a lot of them started giving them out with ANY Nintendo or video game purchase. Basically they needed to be gotten rid of because they were congesting the stockrooms. I had one, the ringer died after a year or so.

To post a picture, you need to host it on a website first. That step is really simple, just go to www.photobucket.com and register if you don't already have a login.
Then, simply upload the picture onto the website using their feature.
Open up the picture and get the url for the picture by itself (a www.photobucket.com/something.jpg or whatever)
Then, when you post stick the photo inbetween and

Probably my Sega Sports digital watch with it's case is one of the stranger ones.
Also, I have a new Sonic the Hedgehog yellow childrens raincoat.

Nintendo wireless headphone system:

Just thought I'd throw this one out that because I haven't see one besides mine before. It's branded all over it with Nintendo, but it's actually made by a company called Laral Group LLC. It's an RF type of headphone system...and it's pretty full of static when you use it. Still it's nifty to me.
I don't know...there may be 10 million of these out there but like I said, I've never seen one before.
BTW, is this something that could be added to the rarity guide?

Guyver: That's really weird. I saw something like that, but not nintendo branded, at the flea market today. Seemed interesting, but I didn't pick it up.
Well, the only weird thing I have is my Super Mario Bros. The Movie coloring book. 8-)

i have this cup that my aunt sent me from Vegas about 14 years ago that says "Sega Carribean Boule". In the bottom of the cup there's a little roulette table and a ball so you can spin the cup and play roulette. the only info i've been able to find on it is that Carribean Boule is a gambling bingo game made by Sega. while not really exciting, it does seem quite unique. Has anyone else ever seen one of these (the cup or the bingo game)?

It look like he's asking for people to post odd videogame-related items. Posting his Mario Kart phone just as a "find" isn't quite the same... he's wanting for other folks to share information on their odd items.
Seems pretty straight-forward to me unless the title has been changed since the initial post. Still a nice thread.

I picked up a sega saturn store display from someone moving in town for only $25. It came with speakers, and lights up when plugged in. It glows orange in the system display area and glows blue vertically below the controller holders.
It is insanely heavy with a steel plate base that must weigh over 60 pounds.I had to take it completly apart to get it into my room.
The picture is of a junky one off the net just to give you an idea, I didnt feel like messing with the digital camera/tripod.

Its different, almost an exact copy of mario bros 1 for the nes with slightly altered graphics in certain areas. Who ever made it used the box art from Mario 64.
The cart reads super mario 1998 48m, it has a security seal on the side and CJ028 at the top. I assumed it was made in mexico, but maybe the writing on the security label is portuguese.

That's exactly what I ment, what you said.
Being new to the fourm, I didn't want to start anything by responding, I figured if I was off base they (the powers that be) would lock the thread.
No, I didn't change the title, the 'edit' was for a request for help in posting a picture, I received the info I needed, edited the post to delete the request and add the picture.
More pictures of the oddball stuff would be great, it's hard to imagine some of the items, ie.. bag of chips /big bag or snack size....I know the poster mentioned he saw them in an ad, but what about the DKonga shot glasses, etc...
Most of this stuff we'll never see, except in places like this.
There's got to be a record of the thousands of strange marketing items out there that might be lost without such a post.
Sooooo, please post 'em pictures too!

Hah, that Tetris board game looks like a piece of crap. Needless to say, I would snap it up in an instant if I came across it. :P
That reminds me that I picked up a Tetris board game last summer myself. It's fairly modern, so it's kinda fancy. It's got a big plastic tower a la Connect Four (but much more elaborate), and it's got a bag full of plastic Tetris pieces. The instructions offer a few different ways to play, but it's basically a matter of filling up the tower and whoever completes the most lines wins (there's tabs on each side to flip when you get a line). It's even got plenty of corny sound effects and lights to indicate what kind of piece of play and your time limit to drop the piece. It's amusing in a "I'm playing real life Tetris" kind of way, but other than that it's not too thrilling (but then I don't find Tetris the video game that thrilling either).
