if only dancing was tapping a pad real fast without any actual simularity to feeling the beat.

Eh standard . Otherwise I give him props for doing really good. Beats about every teenage girl who plays on beginner and thinks their good.

Aren't you guys being a tad bit cynical? The kid's just starting kindergarten and already plays a hell of a lot better then most adults I know (myself included). That was some sick shit.

It's called jealousy.

They bet the only accomplishment they made through kindergarden was managing to make it the whole school year without shitting in their pants. LOL

That kid was awesome.

Are we certain that he's not just a skilled midget? I'm very coordinated, and there's no way I can do that well.

Well, yes, we are. Just because you don't think you can do that well really has no meaning, because everyone has a different ability to play. I can play DDR on heavy, and I'm not coordinated at all, I can't even ride a bike because I have no balance and I play well. And plus, look at his face when he walks up to the camera. He isn't playing anything that difficult, but for his age its amazing. I'd expect that kid to be a tournament contender in 5-6 years.

-_- Zzz.
Not impressed (as if I was going into the movie actually hoping to be impressed...)
There's a movie of an 8-10 year old out there somewhere beating Mad Blast, a 10 footer (10 foot is the highest difficulty rating, for those not in the know). The movie in this topic is boring and pails in comparison to that one.

{Edit - Props on the AA, though.

Wow. Call it standard, call it whatever you want, but for his age, it's pretty damn amazing and extraordinary. Saying that he didn't clear the "omg wtf highest difficulty lol nub" is completely missing the point of the video. If you want to see the best players in the world, then look for those vids instead.

There is a huge difference between the ablities and coordination between a Kindergartener and a third or fourth grader. I haven't seen the second video, but if it's as impressive as you say it still wouldn't diminish the the talent that this child has. It's comparing apples and oranges.

Or like comparing pails to pales.

Sorry.
