I got Bonks Revenge at Goodwill today for 1 buck (heh guy thought it was a CD in a jewel case) on Hu-Card. is it rare or not?

I wouldn't say rare so much as uncommon. Probably fetch 10-15 bucks on Ebay.

It's about a 2 on rareness IMO...it's slightly overinflated on ebay due to cultish Bonk fetishists, but it's not a rare huCard. Although...EVERY huCard you find in the wild is rare...TG16 games in general are REALLY hard to come by in the wild.

I must agree. This marks the FIRST Turbografx16 game i have ever seen with my own eyes, letalone a thrift store.
