Help me to id an arcade game

It´s not for me, it´s for a friend of mine, who gave me the description and my face was...:hmm: (i don´t have any idea of the title of the game), so...the description is something like that...

- It´s a game from ´89/´90 (maybe) with a kind of animals or little creatures with box gloves as main characters. The kind of the game is like Snow Bros., Tumble Pop, Bubble Bobble, etc.
- The boss of the first area, do the spinning fist like Zangief.
- There are two brothers as main characters...

Mmm...no. Wonder Twins/Chiki Chiki Boys is a platformer style. This game is like "Snow Bros. style", i mean, when you pass a level, you go up to the next one...
