I am looking to take a chunk out of the last SNES games that I need and thought that taking care of some of the sports games would help. These are the last sports games that I need and am looking to buy them in 10 or more lots. If you have 10 or more of these games drop me a line and send me a dollar figure on them including shipping to 30078. I don't need any boxes or manuals, only decent carts. I have a good bit of Sports doubles if you would like to work out a trade as well.

Yes, I am.

I own about 400 different titles. I started at the top of the rarity list with R6s, R7s, and R8. I need about a dozen of the combined including Speed Racer/MBR. Of course I need StarFox Weekend and Donkey Kong Competition, but I have most of the exspensive ones aready out of the way. I still need Harvest Moon, Mega Man X2 and X3, Dracula X, and Miracle. Everything else is pretty easy to pick-up.

I wait for deals on really exspensive carts in order to acquire them for my collection. And I really only try to get carts. I'm pretty sure that if I sold my collection by piece, that i would almost get double my money back.

I've seen you on almost every thread that I've been on. So I can tell that you have as much interest in SNES as I do. Whats your collection like?

Not quite 400. I'm around 350?? I got almost all the big hitters. Only one that's pesking me is Harvest Moon. I was lucky to get EVO for free, from a bud who is leaving the scene, several months back. He also threw in Megaman Soccer and PacMan 2 there for me... so he saved me about 80 bucks maybe.

However, I am not shooting for a complete collection. I'm merely snapping up titles I always loved as a kid, or titles I always wanted to try but never did as a kid.

Hopefully we'll both find Harvest Moon, and won't have to fight over the same copy. :)

I've seen EVO go for 40-60, so I'd say that he did save you almost 80, especially when you include shipping. I got mine for about 20.

I like collecting all of them, not specifically to collect all of them. What I like about it, is when someone reminesce about a title and I have it there to play and check out again. I also like being able to talk about good games that the average person has ever played, like Aerofighters. I like SNES because it was pretty much my first system and there's no load time like PS, everythings ment to played on it unlike PC, and it far superior in graphics, color and controls than Genesis. I've played the some games on both SNES and Genesis, and SNES is almost always faster.

I really don't need any boxes, but what I'm really looking for is someone that has more than one or two games on this list that I can save on shipping. Part of my goal in collecting to is to make an awesome collection at a fraction of the cost although I am willing to pay a fair price. Shipping is always a factor to determine a deal in my opinion.

I really don't have anything that I am willing to give up anymore that is SNES. But I do have Ogre Battle for PSX that I took off my Gametz list since I got about 3 bad offers a week. Comes with disc, case, inserts, warranty card, chart, and manual. If your on the site, my ID is the same there.

I'm a snes collector too!, and was just wondering are you collecting carts only or do collect other snes related items?

I'm just interested, it's a shame 50TBRD you didn't start this thread back in march, i had a sh!t load of doubles, pretty much just sports titles, i ended up trading and selling them off.

My collection is still around the 620 - 640 mark. Also i'm in the UK as well, my collection is all american (ntsc) so it's took alittle longer than i thought, to get close to finishing it. :eek 2:

I am collecting cart only since it's cheaper and also more easy to find cart-only. Some games are impossible to find complete and it doesn't matter to me much. I only try to get RPGs complete, but settle for just the manual as the box is really not necessary.

I remember one time I spent like $43 alone to buy this guy's stack of RPG manuals, Mario RPG, Gaia, Lufia, etc. Maybe overpaid for it but oh well. =P

PredatorXS I remember you from a year or so ago when I beat you out on Ebay for a SNES Demo, not sure which one. But you told me about your collection. I was impressed back then that you collected NTSC. On Ebay, my handles bird-one. I remember you said that you had a bunch of protos too. I think that thats cool too, but proto are a little to rich for my blood.

I pretty much only collect the carts. I don't even have very many manuals and boxes left, just ones that I got with the carts that were rare or rpgs the rest I traded off to someone.

It wasn't until recent that I joined this site.

Hey 50TBRD & Steven,

I'm not a collector that HAS to have every game complete (i have around 250 to 300 boxed games), it's not really a big thing for me. But i do like having complete games, of the more popular snes titles and some if not all of my fav snes games.

IE. Chrono, EB, Mana, zelda, mario kart, gaia, metal warriors, yoshi's island, smw, mario allstars, dkc, sunset riders, super metroid, megaman(7/x/x2/x3), and many more..

I still do have my proto's, (around 30 in total) Snes Mario Allstars is my big favourite Proto :D

I'v pretty much got all the snes demo's too, althou the last few i'v paid silly prices for. Mortal Kombat II was $98, and Donkey kong country for $80 but both are mint, so that makes up for the stupid prices kinda, they were both on ebay.uk so that kinda tells it's own story. :embarrassed:

Really i'm just a big fan of the snes, i mean some of the big titles for the snes are truly some of the greatest games ever made.

PS. 50TBRD, I do remember exchanging emails with you about that snes demo, it's funny i wouldn't have remembered that again if you hadn't mentioned it ;) And welcome to DP.. (it's alittle late i know) :D

I just picked up Tetris Attack Not For Resale Demo on Ebay. Not that its a big deal but it adds to my collection.

By the way do you go for the demos with the stickers that say "demo copy only" "not for resale" "property of xxx" or do you only collect the ones with the white top labels. I've very wary of the stickers.

I just go for the Snes Demo's with the white label on the top of the cart label and the small "Not for resale" on the front right hand side of the game label. Althou DKC2 seems to be one of the exceptions to the rule?

It is a nice "little" collection of proto's i have, one day it would be good to see jasons (DreamTR) "little" proto collection :P, he has more proto's than some people have regular games LOL

And i'm gunna hold on to my proto's especially Mario Allstars, thats a favourite of mine, mainly because i love the games (1,2,3 & lost levels) but also since it's a first party proto :D

I just can't remember the names LOL (?????) i did pick up one or two on ebay, 3 or 4 months back, that was taz and tecmo super bowl and super putty.

But i got talking to a girl at the end of last year, and she had a sh!t load of proto's and i snagged 10 or so proto's.

I'v also sold a few in the last year or so the most recent was to a DP member, thats in this very thread, and he got my Snes Earthbound proto/review cart! :D

PS. in the last two or three months i'v missed out an aload of proto's that went for $60 to $80 each on flee-bay Grrrr...! LOL
