Definitely not mine, but have a look at this...

Neo-Geo CDZ with what looks like 117 games (http://cgi.ebay.es/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=104752132532)

It's at €1221 with just under 2 days to go as of the time of this post... Some kind of collection, no?

Mother)&@#$.

Do also note that the guy demands 5% extra if you pay via Paypal. That kind of stuff would get him banned if it was for sale on eBay USA...

Indeed... And 5% of the winning bid (€1670) is €83.50... I wouldn't pay that extra money. €83.50 is almost $110 US...as if the winning bid wasn't enough (over $2100 US).

That's fairly common still on auctions from mainland Europe - it's been outlawed on eBay UK too, but it would seem it's not yet the case everywhere.

Oh, I think it's more likely that they just can't be bothered to follow up on it outside US & UK - the UK is the biggest profit maker for eBay outside of the US, so that is why they clamped down on it here. Rest of Europe, it's probably just more effort than it is worth the stamp it out - apart from maybe Germany, their main focus is still to build customer base in the other countries so they don't want to do anything that puts people off.

Here and the US, they have a big customer base, and a stranglehold on the market, so they do whatever the hell they like, and if you have have a problem with it their attitude is largely "screw you"

Also keep in mind that you can use free (100% safe and reliable) banktransfers within countries that use the euro as a currency. So why use Paypal (and loose some % in the transaction) if you can also do it for free? Most people who have Paypal only have it for doing business overseas...

Definitely not worth $2000, IMO. I'm pretty sure I can assemble the same set for less than that....

I didn't bother to cross check all the games, but how did they come up with 100+ games when there's only 97 released games? Some dupes?
