Usually when someone is selling a box only or an email address, they mention it more than one time. I love how the guy says, "Once again, this is for a Nintendo DS Lite Slightly Used box." He uses the words "Once again" as if he has actually previously mentioned that it is a box only in the description, but this is the first and only time he actually mentions it.

I personally won't buy anything off eBay that uses a stock photo. I find that usually avoids lots of crap sellers.

I had to read it about 8 times. Maybe he left the "in" part out on accident so its suppose to read "in box". But on the other hand he makes no mention of it being a system not in the title and he left it out of the item specifics.

EDIT: I emailed him and he fed me the same load of bs about it being a test. He thanked me for reading the auciton and apologized for getting my hopes up. LOL

We should all report him for misleading title. He states you are bidding on a DS in the title, not an empty ds box.

"WOW. How very low of you. Making it seem like you are selling a Nintendo DS Lite with the description AND TITLE, but no. It's just a box and dinky game for $110. I hope someone buys it and then doesn't pay to waste your time."


Here's his slimy response:
