NO way, look at who he has recieved feeback from. A buch of 0 rated accounts that were created last september. They all left positive feedback the same day for similair items. Not to mention he didnt even do a good job of creating account names, look how similiar they are.

examples: wilkins1996,guanxiandong_1992,fizer1966

I mean come on, if youre going to scam at least make an effort. The feedback he recieved is also basically the same.

Two poor saps already spent 130+ on phones too :/

If you do buy from overseas electronics sellers, make sure they have recieved positive feedback already from unique buyers for similiar items. Look at the location, time on ebay and feeback habits of the buyers using the "find user function". Just look over everything real well.

If you do use paypal, use your cc so if something happens you can him them with a chargeback if paypal cant do anything.

I saw lots of sellers like that when I was looking for iPods. They all had sloppily created usernames, came from China (occasionally Ireland), and had suspicous feedback. All of these people could have been the same person.

Anyone remember the not-so-long-ago Chinese Xbox 360s?

There seem to be a lot of Chinese accounts cloning auctions that have sold for high prices recently (a prime example being the recent Chinese clone of the Air Raid auction) - I bet that you can find the exact same item listing from a legit seller in the Completed Auctions.
My girlfriend spotted a load of these a couple of days back when she was looking for a high-end camera. Luckily eBay seem to be largely on top of it for once, and most of the accounts get NARU'd within 24 hours.

The item's location is listed as "china, Ireland" but the seller is from Taiwan. He specifically mentions Ireland under his shipping options. What the hell?
