South Jersey game night July 8th

It's time again for a South Jersey gamin' gatherin'. A freak ice storm concluded our last gaming event...I don't think that is going to be a problem this time. ;-)

I'll be clearing out a good amount (if not all) of my NES and Genesis collection to make room for baby, so if you're interested, come and get it...I'm not hauling all this stuff out to the DP store!

Bring your DS's and someone bring a 360, will ya? I'll provide snacks and we can pool for pizza or sandwiches. Competition will consist of Tekken 3 survival mode...practice! First prize will be (something really nice) and second prize will be a box of Vic 20 productivity software.

How far from the DP store is it (miles and approx. time), and what timeframe were you looking to hold it during?

If you have a Vectorman (not mega hits) cart you are getting rid of, I will trade for it or buy it off you. Same goes for Crackdown and Gain Ground.

About two hours from the store. Event will be from 3:00 to whenever everyone leaves (usually around midnight).

Not sure if I have any of the carts you are looking for (I know I don't have Gain Ground cause Chandler was looking for that), if I do I will bring those to NAVA (+ directions). :)

I am in for this, sorry for not responding earlier... I am definitely interested in select NES / Genny games, I am sure I will be taking a look. 360 is a must, (Nick lets coordinate on this.) Also, Whiskey Mark may be coming as well. Good Times, Good Times.

Actually, I've never played it. I was under the impression that the Pac Man player uses the GBA and the ghosts use the GC controllers. Anyone?

That is correct. You need only 1 GBA and 3 GC controllers to play. The 3 ghosts are on screen and Pac-Man is on the GBA. Also, I am 99% sure that it won't work with the DS so make sure you have a GBA ready.

Good plan, TheSmirk and I just tested out all the extra 7800 carts I have. I'll try and get to the 5200 stuff this week to make sure that stuff works. If anyone has a complete (or just box and Docs) NES Ultimate Air Combat, I'm looking for that. Also, please everyone bring your spare Complete copies of 7800 Tank Command, I know you all have extras! :frustrated:

There's been an interesting development this afternoon, just a short 48 hours before the gathering.

I, NoahsMyBro, aka Steve, aka "that guy that is always talking and never shuts the hell up", as of maybe 20 mintues ago, have suddenly come down with laryngitis!

That's right, I have no voice, yet I must scream. Well, not really. In fact, I have no voice, but typing is perfectly manageable for now.
