Figured I might as well start a feeler post. The store contains approximately $25,000-30,000 in new and used merchandise for all game systems, and also includes numerous manga novels, action figures, soundtracks, etc.

The asking price is $35,000 including fixtures, security system, computers, signs, the whole works!

It is located at 14447 Roscoe BLVD in Panorama City, CA on a very busy street corner with high demographics of middle to lower income families.
