thanks for the question.

Shipping overseas from canada by airmail works like this:

package up to 1/2 kg $15

up to 1kg $25

Up to 2kg $40

Surface is quite a bit cheaper.

For this particular item, I suspect (but am not sure) that it would be between 1/2 and 1 kg. So unfortunately I think we're talking $25 for airmail; but if you're not in a hurry I could send it surface for a lot less (probably around half although I would need to confirm).
