Well the Pizza Hut Demo disc is HERE (http://www.digitpress.com/DP/cmf/game.cmf?gameid=25403) It's not called by the Pizza Hut name, and is thus why you couldn't find it.

There was a Vol. 1 released, just not titled Vol. 1 . It can be found HERE (http://www.digitpress.com/DP/cmf/game.cmf?gameid=23449)
