Help identifying Japanese PS2 game

There is a mosquito on the one toe, looking at the back of the case I would say the concept of the game is to fly around as a mosquito and do mosquito type things.

I'm going to go give it a try now...

Iw as going to say the JPN release of Mister Mosquiteo (just based on looking at the cover art for 10 seconds), but this is the sequel? I didn't know there was a JPN only dequel, cool.
