looking for some replacement parts

O.K so I'm looking for one a those gear rod things :) (for Dreamcast ;) )

My one is bent, I don't know how but it's bent.
Anyone know how to straighten a metal rod? or where to find a replacement for this?

Try a machine shop, some of them could straighten a bent rod. If not, hit eBay for a non working DC (typically due to bad disc motor) and cannibalize the shaft.
