You'd be surprised on how long it takes them to finish a project and how long some of the updates are spread apart. Some of them take a few months, others take years, so be lucky with what you got.

There's still 1 underrated SFC title that was never translated, although several attempts were made.

It's of course The 7th Saga 2: Mystic Ark.

It's been years and no progress has been made. The fact its a text intensive RPG doesn't help either.

Not true. Gideon Zhi/Aeon Genesis is almost done with it and it's projected to be released by the end of the summer.

Besides there are lots and lots of underated to downright obscure RPGs that have yet to be translated for the SFC. For example, no not all of these are great games, but I have 123 that I've been randomly downloading over the years. I can't read Japanese so it's next to impossible for me to discover them all but when I find a Japanese RPG I catalog it and update when it's been translated.

Ha ha. I can just picture Michael Douglas saying that. If they do a documentary on the Miami Heat season, maybe he can play Pat Riley ;)

Chainsaw, do not worry if the site hasn't been updated in 3 years. As long as it is still up, someone is paying attention to it.

I believe someone was trying to sell some of those games you listed on here just a month or so ago for greatly inflated prices.

Some the best translated games you can play is DQ6, Tales of Phantasia and bahamut Lagoon.

dejap is dead. Go to romhacking.net, as they have pretty much every fully translated fan translation ever completed.

Try here (http://www.google.com), or here (http://www.google.com). Or even here (http://www.google.com). That will answer all you questions.

Flash carts and copiers are sold here (http://www.tototek.com). If you are interested in building your own carts, check out this place (http://snesdev.romhack.de/game_select.htm).

There was a partial translation. I got to the third world or so before a puzzle stumped me and the only solution I could find was full of crap. Alot of dialouge was translated I think. Maybe the menus. But I remember items were gibberish or something.

As for the site I prefer going to it's old look or whatever at http://donut.parodius.com/ . The Whirlpool looked and felt more friendly in finding what I want. Probably already outdated and useless or such.

Dang, you would be the one to ask then! I remember seeing Bahamut Lagoon playable in English through emu, just wondering if 7th Saga 2 will be playable that way.

Also, isn't Brandish 3 missing from the list? I know there were two different versions of Brandish 2, so I may just be confused, but I thought there was a Brandish 3 in addition to those.

Daria

Yeah you'll be able to play Mystic Ark on an emulator in english. Yes Bahamut Lagoon is already playable.

I don't think any of the Brandish sequals have been translated. For SNES there's Brandish 2: Planet Buster, and Brandish 2: Expert. The same game with a harder difficulty level, Falcom did the same thing with Ys 5, releasing an "expert" version, and Square did the opposite by releasing an "Easy Type" of Final Fantasy IV.

Brandish 3 is a PC title. (courtesy of Xidos whom is the Brandish expert).

Unfortunatly, out of all those sites, there's only one completed Goemon game and its the one that we got here, Legend of the Mystical Ninja. But one of them was working on GG2.
