looks quite interesting, anyone here played it? what's it like gameplay-wise street fighter, guilty gear?

it's like SF II.... but with the Night Warriors linking weak attacks into strong attack combo system. There's even a Strategy guide for this game (which I own).
I like Miku or whatever... the little kid who has Blanka-like rolling attacks. Nice combo enders with it.
