I've already checked the official Xbox compatibility list, so I know it's not on there. However, it doesn't mean it doesn't work. If someone could confirm that it does work on the Xbox 360.
Now I've heard the microphone wouldn't work since there's no place to plug it into the 360. But perhaps the 360 headset may work with the game?
Any help would be appreciated as a lady is interested in my sealed copy, and I don't own a 360.

Karaoke is a great and fun game to play with your friends but I have tried and unfortunately both of the Karaoke games on the Xbox are not compatible with Xbox360
Oh and the xbox live headset works with the original xbox

Actually it does. If the game osn't on the list, the BC emu will not run.

So it DOES work on the 360?
I'm not getting the part about the BC emulator not running if the game isn't on the list :embarrassed:

No. WHat Njiska is trying to say, is that if it is NOT on the list the Backwards Compatibility emulator will NOT run.

Exactly, the BC EMU picks up on what game is inserted, probably using the name location in the XBE file and if it's one the EMU is told to run, which is one on the list, it works fine, otherwise it doesn't try to run. Guess MS doesn't want you using one if it doesn't do close to 100%.
