I saw the Chase the Chuck Wagon auction on Ebay and learned that you actually had to save the UPC labels on Chuck Wagon dog food cans. What a unique approach to selling a game! Buy dog food, save the labels, mail them to the company, then receive the game in the mail.
These are the only mail order games I know of:
-Magicard, Video Life, Chase the Chuck Wagon (Atari 2600)
-Darius Alpha (PC Engine Duo)
What are other games that were only sold via mail order? I know the Atari2600 had quite a few titles available only through the mail.
Do any companies still sell games using only mail order access?
*I would personally bet that no company would use such methods since it tends to go unnoticed by the consumers, but maybe I'm wrong.
