Well there are a few things you need to consider first ?
What sort of board are you running in it ? or are going to run in it ?
The majority of true Neo Candy cabs are already wired stereo since most ran the MVS based boards instead of the Jamma conversion boards which are mono.
This is no big thing to change if you need to ,just follow the MVS pinouts on the edge connector and make he swaps you need to.
Off the top of my head I think its literally a 2 wire change at the connector.
