Hey guys I was just out at the local thrift shops and I found a Game Doctor SF3 with all the hookups plus a super famicom version of Street Fighter II Turbo.
Any Ideas about how to use the game doctor and what it might be worth ???
Here is a picture of what it looks like...I searched google but there is little I found, just alot of dead links.

if it has a working disk drive you have a snes copier that will allow you to play roms on your snes as well as dump cartridges.
if it doesn't have the working floppy disk drive, then you have a pretty paper weight that can't do a whole lot.
if its working its worth around 40-100$

If the floppy is busted, he can just replace it with any old working internal PC floppy drive. I had the exact same SFIII copier and the floppy didn't work on it. Just swapped the floppy on it and it worked fine after that.
I sold mine a few months ago for $55 I think. It's a good copier but my main gripe with it is that you can't use roms in .smc format since the Game Doctor uses its own special kind of rom format. So you pretty much have to convert everything over to the proper format before you want to play it.

tototek sells sf3s w/ 32M ram for $30. Shipping is probably $15 or so on top of that.
