Excuse me, but a pimp's gotta do what a pimp's gotta do!
How many of you enter the message board directly, skipping the DP intro page, the news page, and all the other goodies entailed? You're really ripping yourself off. Not only do you miss out on the news tidbits of the moment, letting you know what's going on in the gaming world at large, but you also miss out on all the special features!
Direct links to the Rarity Lists (http://www.digitpress.com/lists.htm), the DP Archives (http://www.digitpress.com/archives.htm), Reviews (http://www.digitpress.com/reviews.htm) and so much more!
And don't forget the actual "'O the Moment" links on the right hand menu, bringing to your attention threads, auctions, and websites you might otherwise have missed!
So, stop ripping yourself off!

I have a bookmark straight to the message board. Of course, I still check the whole site. This is just to circumvent the frames navigation. :-)

Another thing you can do if you want to avoid frames but still want to see news is link the right frame: http://www.digitpress.com/frmain02.htm

Has anyone noticed that much of what you see on the opening page changes randomly? That's right - all that going off about how randomness in video games is a lost art, I've put my money (ha) where my mouth is.

Between my wife, girlfriend, and mom, I'd say my mom would be the most likely to misinterpret the page, but not even SHE would think it's softcore PORN! LOL that's just silly.

I always enter digitpress.com through the intro page. It's a courtesy I like to exercise. It's like going into someone's house through the front door; you get to the see the den, the kitchen, the dining room, and the hallway closet. It's not my style to come directly to the message board; it's like I'm walking into somebody's through the backdoor.

Oh yeah? Next time you go to someone's house, go to the backdoor instead the front. When they answer the door, take a good look at their face. Yeah, they'll be glad you came, but the awkward nature of it will be evident.

I do visit the main page but most of the time I want to come directly here so I take the back door. I figure why not - I'm practically family! :)

so i can get the frame on the left, it makes it nice and easy to get back to the forum index and get to the other areas of the site when i need to. i check out the stuff on the main page about once a week.

yeah between not knowing where my sound volume is(let me tell you that alien noise scares the shit outta me when i not expecting it) and Janice pictures, i always get shit for it at home or work so i just avoid it.
