I'm just curious if anyone here lives in San Antonio, Texas?

I live in Corpus Christi, but I frequent San Antonio all of the time. I am also opening a video game store that will be Retro, Contemporary, Anime and Cosplay based in Corpus so when I get it open soon you should consider dropping by for the Grand Opening.

I will make a formal announcement here with pix as it draws nearer, I have just finished my LLC and I am currently securing funding. I am going to be selling quite a bit of my collection to start off so there should be some good stuff from the get go.

Anyone else from Texas or the surrounding areas frequent this board as well? I would love to be able to meet up with some people at a convention or at my store opening.

No worries at all, while I don't have an exact date for the store yet, I am hoping it to be in a few weeks depending on how funding goes.

My girlfriend lives in San Antonio and I visit her every so often when I am there for business but if you PM me I will be happy to drop you a line next time I am heading up there.

I maybe going that direction for an Arcade Auction, as I am planning on selling classic arcade games for affordable prices in my store as well.

Lot's of ideas.. not enough time and money it seems like..haha..

Back in my real life I live in Austin, Texas but I'm spending the summer near Philadelphia, PA. Let us know when your store opens. I'm not saying I can just hop in my car and make the 8 hour drive, but it will be nice to keep in mind should I head that way in the future.

Well when I do get my store open I will be sure to let you all know. I just moved from Houston, I wish I knew there were members there I would have pushed for a get together.

Well any of you folks are welcomed to come by when I open and if you are interested in a get together let me know I can drive to Houston or you all can come down and see the store.

I have a friend who manages the Omni Hotel here and can give some decent discounts at the one here in Corpus.
