Wizard handheld who makes it?

Here is a picture of a Wizard handheld that I found at a garage sale yesterday. There is no info on it. I tried searching and I thought I found it but it doesen't look like th Vtech version, the buttons are different. If anyone has any info on it like who made it and a year that would be great. It runs on 6 "C" batteries or an adapter. Thanks in advance. :)

I found one of those in a thrift this afternoon. I didn't pick it up, though. I wasn't sure of what exactly it was, to be honest. I don't really collect things like that too much, but I might just pick it up the next time I go by the place.
