Pac Man VS Gamecube question

Hey Guys,
I have been meaning to get this game for a while now just never have. My question is about the versions of this game that were released. I know for the gamecube they have a players choice version of Pacman VS and Pacman World 2 together, was there a version of each of these seperate or was it only released on gamecube that way. So basically was this the only way to get it?

Theres the combo version, and there was a seperate version that was a purchase bonus with copies of Ridge Racer and a couple other games. It came in a simple cd sleeve.

Well the sleeve is a official Pac-Man Vs. Sleeve, like above poster said it was given away with select Namco pre-orders for Cube.

But if you want it in a case, yeah it has to be included with the player's choice of Pac-Man world 2

Ok I got it. Cool. Was just trying to see if there was a case that did have players choice on it. I hade buying those but in this case I just might have to.

I got it in R: Racing Evolution. I bought in brand new and it came in a double disc Gamecube case.
