He's been trying to sell this off for a while, but I really did expect it to fetch more than £100 ... and True Lies for £65 too. Now really is the time to buy if you're looking for a Japanese Megadrive collection!
Methinks there must be quite a few import collectors grinding their teeth as they look at these prices!

I dont think they will fit in the slot. Japanese MD games doesnt do that on a MD1 model atleast.

I think only the model 3 will allow you to play MD games w/o modification.
Vroomfunkel is right,it is EXTREMELY low for such japanese jewels!!
But it is only a price set by 1 man,and that doesn't mean everybody is ready to sell at those low prices (i won't for sure)
Dyer60 maybe needed money fastly because he bought the 2 32X PAL games for more than 1300 UKP!

If you have a converter it will work, like a Mega Key 2 or 3.

The prices are still holding up pretty well in Japan at least:

The problem with selling titles like this in the West is that there is a VERY small pool of people willing to pay the kind of prices that stuff like the JP Acclaim games go for, especially when US/PAL versions can be had for a fraction of the price. It's a shame, 'cos I've got a spare NM JP Virtual Bart I've been trying to trade/sell for a while (though I'm currently in the middle of trying to strike a deal to trade it for a ton of Mark III/SG1000 games. Fingers crossed! :) )

Yep - I'm pretty sure that trading with Japanese collectors is the way ahead with stuff like that. If your dude is interested in a minty copy of Steel Empire with registration card, then let me know :)

If you have a converter it will work, like a Mega Key 2 or 3.you can also use a gameshark as well to play jap import megadrive games.

hmmm if you ask me, the Megadrive section on eBay has been extremelly quiet recently...
Proof?
Well not much is being listed at all, and ive won a few auctions dirt cheap ill show (once the games arrive, as id hate some troll to read this and email the sellers)
The prices have dropped dramatically and i have seen some shockers too...
Maybe cause its summer and other people have non gaming lives to lead :D LOL
So collectors, get online! (Well actually dont, leave the buying to me :D)
