Looks fake to me, but there is something called mugen where you can put in your own fighters.

Yep, that's Mugen alright. Farting around in that and having completely lopsided battles was always pretty fun.

it does look alittle fake,but you never know it may be have some of DBZ for the Sega Saturn graphics mixed in there
