Yahoo Japan Auctions is usually the best place for anything Japanese. The prices are much better than import stores because you eliminate the middleman. Of course, there's the problem of 99% of sellers not shipping outside Japan... the best option is to use an auction service like Mail Order Japan to bid for you and then ship to wherever you are.
