Give a try and find out.

If you're to young to remember it's

UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, B, A

Where do you have to do the code? (gameplay, startup, ?)

extra lives of course*

* not really.

It is actually pretty lame. It makes the frog sprite bigger. This may make the game a little more challenging. But it is more like irritating when you factor in the hit detection in a game like Frogger.

They need a code to make the screen bigger. The border taking up half the tv is damn annoying.

Try playing it on a 60 inch wide screen tv, the border is hugeeeee.

Stretching the screen doesn't even help much.

So I guess Moore wasn't lying when he said the arcade Contras would have the Konami code intact, after all.

Peter Moore = The Microsoft Dude
Xbox Live Arcade will have the arcade version of Contra soon

Moore + Arcade Contra = Konami codes for the win on Live Arcade, or something.
