What system is this? (Shopgoodwill.com auction)

I was looking across the Shopgoodwill.com auctions and came aross this "sega system with 20 games" that is bid up to $67.00. I thought that was odd because the games from what I can see are mostly sports, then I looked again and saw the system is not a genesis, but I can't tell what it is. I've looked through all the pictures of of systems I can find, and I don't see anything like it. Am I missing something, or is it some European or Aisian model?

Ugh, one of the Genesis systems I don't have. That's either an X'Eye or a Wondermega. Since it's here in the U.S., probably an X'Eye.

Love to get my mitts on one, but not from a Goodwill auction.
