Neo Geo Pocket Color regionless?

From where I've been on-line people have said the NGPC can play any region game, is this true? I want to confirm this before I decide to look overseas for games on the system. Thanks!

Yep, no problem! If a Japanese game has an English language option it'll even play in English, if your system is set to do so.

Mine's an American version, and all my games are Japanese. Works great.

Yes, it will play both JP and EUR versions of games.
