What is that controler called in that pic? It looks like a keyboard. Is there any Vectrex game that would use a controler like that? Were they widely produced, definately not made by MB, GCE, or Bandai/Konami?

Because Thrust was originally released as a C64 game. So the homebrewers thought it'd be cute to give a "nod" to the originbal system in their artwork for the recent Vec Thrust release.

Yes. Although I've never done it, I've heard it's supposed to work rather well. The picture is a little jumpy, though, due to the lower resolution of the Vectrex.

Interesting. Where do you buy such monitors? Anyone know? Are there any sites where people have done this?

Arcade vendors, junked Asteroids cabinets, etc.
