I finally got my hands on the Sega Master System version of Fire and Ice (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=4792&item=3010353516&rd=1). I was about to write it off as not being released and it magically appeared. Anyone know the exact rarity of it? I figured this was a pretty good deal.

I can't attest to it's rarity, but it hardly ever shows up on Ebay. Is it the Brazillian release? Is there a UK version?

It was supposed to be released in the UK by Virgin, but never was (although it was reviewed in a magazine). AFAIK this is a Tec Toy only release.

Yeah, TecToy only.
TecToy, in their search for SMS games to release, picked up a few nearly finished, unreleased games. Battlemaniacs, fire&ice.
Fire & Ice is pretty rare, but exact rarity is quite hard to determine for TecToy games.

Raccoon missed one game? I don't see Nuclear Man listed (based on Transbot) and I do know Tec Toy released it and I haven't seen it released by anyone else.

Don't you mean Nuclear Creature?
I left off the games that were released under different names, such as Dragon Maze- (Bubble Bobble), Gangs fighter, Nuclear creature, ect.

I just checked, I was wrong. It is Nuclear Creature but if you don't list renamed game, then it's OK. I did dig up a very mice looking picture of Fire n Ice:
