The Champ adapter is impossible to find and I didn't have any luck finding the Atari/Coleco Y adapter sold for this purpose but I found this which should do the same thing.

So now you can plug in the CV controller to just use the keypad for the games that require it and use any Atari, Sega, C64 etc. joystick. [/url]

In case you hadn't noticed before, a lot of CV games allow you to make selections from Joy #2. So you can plug your atari style controller into #1 and use #2 to make selections. Doesn't work for every game though.

Or you could always hack together something like I did:

Great! This is just what I need! I think the curent stiffness I have in my joints is largely due to the amount of button mashin I did on the old CV controllers as a kid. This will be a great boon to my frail old hands. Raccoon Lad, my hat is off to you sir, for completing something I have only theorized about. But when I do make my own control pad hack, I'll be sure and compare notes.

Hmm, best use ever for a Gravis Game Pad Pro? :)
