Thanks for the link.

It seems that this NWC stuff is getting more and more popular with collectors and more and more expensive.

I just thought I'd point out that the guy only has 4 feedback, and they were all left by users with very low feedback themselves. It's probably legit, but you never know.

Has one of these ever sold on eBay before?

Yep, I bought the only other one on eBay (mine is blue, with a bigger logo on the back) and I convinced the guy on eBay to sell it to me for $100 via local pickup within a day after he put it up. Apparently, the guy that owned mine was deceased.

I'm thinking it'll hit $400, myself.

By the by, did anyone happen to notice something odd about the patch that had "Staff" embroidered on it? It looks like it was sewn over another patch...

Wow you are right. I just noticed that.

The patch is stuck to the suit via velcro, that's probably why. Come on guys, it says so in the description!

... because, I mean, if not, then I think they should advertise that. The price would definitely go up.

I think that is going to hit $750 or higher. No one really has one of those.

seems a little high but possible +750 from only at 260 currently. There have been a couple in the past on ebay before the board change here. Not sure if they were exactly the same but I know we've each seen something like this before...

DreamTR

NintenDK, there was one previously on eBay, and the auction never ended because I made an offer beforehand. Hard to think $750 is high, I would bet Nicola bids that high himself if he sees it. It's rarer than the NWC IMO.

If I buy that uniform, I may as well buy a klingon outfit and start going to star trek conventions.

I seem to remember another orange one being on ebay not too long ago (within the last 2 years or so). I think it might have been missing the patches though.

Where? in a padded cell!..! LOL

I'm thinking there might be a bidding frenzy at the end for it to have reached were it's up to now and have just shy of 3 days left it might finish in the high hundreds, who knows? there's so many crazy people on ebay now O_O

How does one get an offer for $1000, then it only sells for $365?

It's just like the guy I won the Noah's Ark proto from. He won't end the auctions, saying he got offers of $200 for the Genesis protos, and they reach $75 only. Stupid.

I think someone emailed him asking him to end the auction early for 1k. The high bidder of $365 apparently didnt pay.

I'm concerned about this one... I was interested the thing and told him to keep me posted of offers etc. When it ended he told me that he found another one in his mother's closet that he would sell for the price I offered :/

I also asked several times to see more photos and to know if there were any rips etc in the original suit with NO reply :/

Way to quick a relist for me.

It usually takes a few days if not a week to figure out a bidder has no intention to pay.

Where is this thousand dollar offer anyway? If it didn't sell why not offer it to him? Whats the to point in relisting when the highest you got was 300 or so and the bidder didn't even pay anyway.

Sounds like a combination of some crafty marketing and a shill bidder.

Either that or a scam. Perhaps he found the pic somewhere on the internet and is now trying to sell "it" to make some fast cash.

Found another in his mom's closet? When was the last time she cleaned it out? o.O No wonder those things haven't been washed! lol

Ya, I replied with total disbelief! I think I said something like - "not that I don't trust you but having not one but two NWC suits will need some verification... can I have a photo of both of them?" Of course I received no reply on that request but then got a reply telling me he relisted the first one :/ :(

yea this is probably a scam. its probably only a matter of time before we see some negatives pop up.
