If anyone would care to pay attention the Wii is not on their for being bad tech but specifically for worst name change. Kind of hard to argue their point. Revolution still is better.

Well, it is a stupid name change.
It's hard to stick up for changing the name of your system from "Revolution" to a word used to refer to taking a piss.
I understand the complaint, but I don't understand why it's listed in a bottom 10 for technology list. With the way some of it was written, it seems like it was made by a 16 yearold kid.

When i first heard the namechange from Revolution to Wii i was like "wtf?!", but i gotten used to the new name now. I still think Revolution is a cooler name tho.

The author of Top Ten of Worst Tecnologies is stupid.
I had a great expectative about the Wii because his download system.
I can play several games for NES, Super NES and Nintendo 64 and other system likes Mega Drive / Genesis and PC Engine / Turbo Grafix 16.
I had a expectative about this games:
- Super Mario Galaxy
- Super Smash Bros. Brawl
- Sonic Wild Fire

I don't really understand why you are pissed because all that was said about the Nintendo console was "worst name change".
They never discussed the hardware or the games.

At least they also chose And 1 Streetball, too....
So I have to give them credit for that one...
And yes - I'm one of those people who thought 'Revolution' was a better name - but thats no reason to put it on a 'worst tech' list.
