DC Collection (the re-releses)

Anyone know if the "DC collection" games have different packaging?

And would you buy them if they did (or do?)
I know I'll be supporting Sega this time around :D so hopefully they'll start
producing new games again (no Japanese dateing sims don't count :P ) or
mabye release some protos like half-life :-D

Some the CD GH packaging I've sene replaces the clear band in the front with an orange strip.
