ok i personally HATE wal-mart, but today i was there with a friend to get a power converter for a japan plug for her trip....yea i tried telling her she didnt belive me, she figured it out when she saw the plug that said North and South America and Japan on it.....

any way i went through one asile that had their clearence section and i saw a bunch of multi taps and head sets.

Head sets were $2 a pop 1st part blue packaging logitech head sets MultiTaps were a little more and they had some othe empty areas for other stuff.

not sure which place to put this so move if needed but i wanted to give a heads up. not sure if all walls are doing this.

oh and scorch, if you rea this leave a few head sets for me please!

I just want one. Where do you plug in a PS2 headset anyway.. the USB port? Can you actually listen to gameplay through it, or is it just for online play?

I need to find a way to listen to ALL of my late night gaming through headphones.. unfortunately my antique television doesn't have a headphone jack.

I do have a home theatre system that has a headphone jack as I recall, but it's only auxilary input is stereo. Uh.. I think I just answered my own question. :hmm:

Not to burst anyone's bubble, but all Wal-Mart deals are YMMV (your mileage may vary). For example, last winter, I bought a lot of PS1, XB, GC and PS2 games for $5 or $10 at the Wal-Mart near my house. Those same games rang up for more at another local Wal-Mart.

DING! I've never seen the same deals from store-to-store (not that I'm at Wal-Mart more than once every couple months). It was sweet nabbing a $7 Dyanasty Warriors 5, $2.50 Polarium and two $3 Mad Catz 360 controllers (for a friend), though.

sorry for trying to give you guys a head up...sheesh

the walmart guys told me they will no longer carry these head sets so its only a matter of time before others will do the same if they still have them.

I checked my Wallyworld, PS2 headsets are $22 on clearance. My Walmart is famous for those kind of clearances, they just knock of like $3 off of a $20 item. I've been eying up some Ethernet routers clearanced there for weeks, they never dropped the price more than $5. A$$bags!

If you pick me up one I'll pay 4 bux plus shipping paypal. I've wanted one ever since I saw a copy of that lifeline game at a going-out-of-business CD store for 8 dollars.

Shoulda bought them all and returned them to the other store...

Went there today, picked up a silver 360 faceplate for $5. There were like 20 there. I may get more, just to doodle on. Or spray paint on, same idea. Maybe... nails?

I'll just put like 50 thin nails and screws pointing out from the back of it. Very hostile-like... Yes...
