Hello all, this is more for input than anything. Won this sealed lot earlier today

Let me know what the sealed collector's and everyone else thinks, I am pretty happy with the price, its not a bargain but let me know what you all think.

well at that price you're slightly over $20 a sealed gamed. eh, a little expensive for my taste, but if you got them for collection purposes as opposed to resale, it's not too terrible. NES stuff has been getting more and more expensive, so it may turn out to be a decent deal. Other than the fact that you got a nice size lot, I'd say it was a bit pricey.

I agree with udisi - for collection purposes its a great deal (you'll save a significant amount on shipping alone) and there are some decent titles in there... but for resale it's not really worth it. The seller is a good guy though, you won't have any problems.

I bought it for collecting purposes. Overall, I am pretty happy with it. There are a few high dollar games (including games I would buy individually anyways, like metroid, pirates!etc). I really mainly collected complete items, so this lot will be something nice to add to my NES collection.

Nice win! If only I could go back in time and pick up all the Nes games in clearance bins...

Big money, big prices, i love it! :D Congrats on the win!

Btw, a unused NES, isnt those worth alot? The last unused NES i saw (normal edition) went for like $700.

I wouldn't think so jajaja. Every now and then they pop up sealed on ebay for around $300 BIN. I think the one you are referring to hit that high because it was the "original" release. Not the action or sports set or anything like that.

If the NES is new, it is worth more than $300. Like new ones end at close to that. It is probably not worth $700 though either. My estimate is about $500.

i'd also say that this was a bit pricey for the same reasons udisi mentioned, and also, there are doubles in it, so you don't really have 181 different games...

I added it up and bronty agrees with me everything would be about $6000 if bought individually, good enough for me. True, its expensive, but sealed NES items are getting harder and harder to find. I do not have too many sealed NES games (a few more expensive games, some commons, a few others, no more than 45 total) so this is a nice addition to my NES collection. Will of course sell off the doubles, probably the NES as well, keep all the different games (except a few which a couple collectors have told me they wanted, will help them out). Thanks much for all the input :)
