So I'm playing Ys Book 1 and 2, see. For Turbo. And anyone who's played that can tell you that you need to save early and save often.
So I'm in the shrine in the second basement, and I grab a healing potion out of a chest, then save right after grabbing it. After getting out of the room (with 1 HP, as I've had this whole time) I eventually get killed. This is where things get nasty. Every time I reload my save, I come back with an enemy right on me. Of course, this kills Adol and starts it all over.
I have no time to move or do anthing except hit the select button, which takes me to the menu. Using the healing potion doesn't work, because as I select it I just die. Moving doesn't work, because I can't at all.
I tried getting the password then deleting the save and typing it in, and it just started me in the exact place again.
I just wonder if there's anything someone on this forum knows of, otherwise it looks like two hours of grinding and reloading and everything are lost.
